Artist Statement
"I have always been fascinated by the sculpted rocks, clouds, water, trees and earth, and the forces that shape them. The uses of these earth materials by ancient and modern tribes in building houses, temples, storage bins and animal traps has long captured my interest.

The interplay of light, texture and design in my black and white photographs, and the combination of color and shape in my color photographs, bring a whole new level of awareness to the natural forms. I have attempted to reflect these elusive qualities in this collection."
